WHAT IT IS?
It is a feel of physical and emotional tension. This may come of any thing or thought that can make you feel frustrated, nervous or anxious.
The stress is the reaction of the body to any challenge or demand. If the stress is for short time could be positive, but the stress is for a long time could damage your health.
THE STRESS AND YOUR BODY
When you have chronic stress your body is alert even when is unnecessary. This could cause alterations such like:
* High pressure
* Cardiac failure
* Diabetes
*Obesity
* Depression
* Skin problems like acne or eczema
* Menstrual problems
SIGNS OF MANY STRESS
* Diarrhea or constipation
* Bad memory
* Frequent pains
* Heaches
* Rigid neck or jaw
* Tiredness
* Trouble sleeping
* Weith gain or lose
CAUSES
* Married or divorced
* Starting a new job
* Problems in your family, in your job, with money or have any disease.
