The mini - Test Stress

 spend five minutes to this simple test that can help you better understand your stress level. Keep in mind that we are talking about a questionnaire very prior and purely indicative, but in any case if you already replying to these questions then you discover that you have some significant levels of risk, you should start to consider taking measures.you know, better to prevent than cure! Answers thinking in your sensations during the last two weeks as maximum and rank your answer follows:
0- nothing at all
1-   Some time
2-   two to three times for  week
3-   daily 
4-   everyday
you will have the questions in the form of a table, if you wanted to print:
Feel tachycardias or palpitations

You suffer pain of head

you have gastrointestinal problems

smoke

show lack or excess of appetite

you have back pain

you sleep poorly or in an irregular manner

you feel irritable

Notes difficulties of concentration

You Have sense of loss of control recalls



 record your feeling or the frequency with which notes these symptoms in the last two weeks and reviews Your results…. Results:
0-10: Congratulations, you have stress controlled or at least not affects you in your daily life. But remember, do not descend the guard.
11-24: You start to have a problem…It should be that you begin to tell you that you must change something in your life-style, because the stress begins to win the battle.

Over 24: red alert. These in a risk area. You should check your stress already. How are you? If you don't have stress, congratulations; if you believe something is failing… don't wait anymore, begins to take action today, begins to change your life and regains control.
