Push up:
This type of exercise brings benefits in all muscles of the upper body . The secret is to last 60 seconds and rest 30. Five to ten repetitions .
Squats :
Help legs and buttocks. The secret is eight rounds of 20 repetitions. Rest 10 seconds.
Jumps:
Harvard Medical School says that with 1800 jumps eliminate up to 200 calories and you strengthen your legs and arms.
