High Blood Pressure

The blood pressure is the thermometer of the health. The high blood pressure means that your heart is working faster than other one.

It´s dangerous, because it could have gave a heart attack, renal illness. It has a lot of causes like diabetes, stressful situation and overweight, and sometimes it has a unknown cause.

Symptoms like painkiller, nauseous, blooding nose, short of breath, red cheeks, buzzing ear, nervous isn´t apparent cause, weak, and insomnia for example, if you had any symptoms you would go to the doctor.

Home remedies for high blood pressure: (it´s easy to do)

Parsley and lemon smoothie:

Liquefy the lemon with all peel and parsley, mix it into a vase with water and always drink a vase in fast.
The lemon and parsley are natural diuretics. The diuretics are substances that help to eliminate liquid retention what affect the health.

Oats:
Begin your day with an oats plate, the oat controls your high blood pressure and regulates your cholesterol level too.

Don´t eat much salt:
The salt cause liquid retention and adds more pressure to illness. You have to consume less than a teaspoon of salt per day.

Black Chocolate:
The black chocolate has more substances can down the high blood pressure than other ones.

Garlic:
It´s wonderful to dilate the arteries and prevent the thrombus formation. Include just a piece of garlic on your diet, the garlic is enough to receive it benefits.
